| A1: It is an E-reminder service that reminds you of birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. Most of us are so busy with our daily work, that we even forget to wish our friends and dear ones on their birthdays and/or anniversaries or we even sometimes forget about the holidays. Here Forget-Them-Not functions as a reminder for those special days. It reminds you 2 days and 7 days before the day finally comes. All you need to do is to register and enjoy this free service. |

| A2: Yes, the membership and the service is totally free. |
| Q3: What will I gain from 'Forget-Them-Not'? |
| A3: It is a free service. As a "Forget-Them-Not" member you can quickly and simply get reminders for the birthdays and anniversaries of your friends and family as well as for holidays. Members can have access to our wide range of FREE E-cards. |
| Q4. How do I register for 'Forget-Them-Not'? |
| A4: Please go to the left hand side of the homepage(give the link of the
homepage here) and just Sign-up and enter your details .You can also click on the registration link on the top right hand side of the home page .We only ask for your first name, last name, email address and date of birth and anniversary. You will also need to choose a password and submit. |
| Q5. How does this service work? |
| A5: All you need to do is to enlist your friends' names and e-mail ids. They will receive a mail from the Forget-Them-Not team requesting them to fill in their birthdays and/or anniversaries. You can automatically know their birthdays and /or anniversaries and e-wish them. |

| Q1: How do I enter a birthday /anniversary that I want to remember? |
| A1: When you know your friends' birthdays and/or anniversaries, you need to go to 'Birthday & Anniversary Reminders!' and simply fill in the First name, Email, Birthday and Anniversaries. If you do not know your friends' birthdays and anniversaries, you need to go to 'Remembering Forgotten Dates!' and write the names and the e-mail ids of your friends. They will receive a mail from the Forget-Them-Not team requesting them to update their information. |
| Q2: Is there any limit to the number of friend's email ids we can add to our list? |
| A2: There is NO LIMIT to the number of people you can add.You can enter a maximum of 5 email ids at one go, and then repeat the process again. |
| Q3: What is the difference between 'Set My Alerts' and 'Set More Events Alert'? |
| A3: 'Set My Alerts' gives you an option to choose from a list of 15 main events and 'Set More Events Alerts' gives you an option to choose a maximum of 10 events from an additional list of 20 events. |
| Q4: How do we edit /view our events list? |
| A4: If you want to edit /view your events list you have to go to the 'Event Reminder' page . The events selected on the page are the events that had been selected by you. In order to edit the information you need to deselect the events you want to remove and select the ones you want to add. |
| Q5: Is there any limit to the number of events we can add to our list ? |
| A5: There is no limit for 'Set My Alerts' for upcoming events. But for the remaining 20 events, one can choose a maximum of 10 events. |
| Q6: I don't remember my password. What do I do? |
| A6: Click on the "ForgotPassword" link on the home page. You'll be asked to provide your username (e-mail address). Your password will then be e-mailed to you. |
| Q7: I'm using the correct information, but can not log in! What is the problem? |
| A7: The latest versions of Internet Explorer have raised the security level for using cookies. This site requires the use of cookies. You need to set your browser to accept cookies in order to use this website. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools--Internet Options--Privacy and set the slider to Medium-High. |
| Q8: Why am I receiving my reminders as spam or junk mails? |
| A8: May be your mail provider is mistaking our emails for spam or junk mail. Please add http://greetings.123india.com/Forget-Them-Not to your address book or list of contacts. |
| Q9: When trying to register for http://greetings.123india.com/Forget-Them-Not/ I keep getting an error message saying, "The email address that you have entered belongs to another customer. Please re-enter your email address". What's happening? |
| A9: You are probably already registered. Try to login, in the "Member Login" area of the home page and NOT the "New Members" area, with your username (email address) and password. |
| Q10: At what time intervals will I receive my reminders? |
| A10: E-mail reminders are sent to your mailbox 2 days and 7 days before the event. |
| Q11: I have tried to retrieve my password several times, but have not received a response. |
| A11: It is possible that your mail provider is mistaking our emails for spam. Please check your spam folder, and also add the following email address to your address book or list of contacts: http://greetings.123india.com/Forget-Them-Not/ . |
| Q12: Where is my password protection? |
| A12: Passwords are used for authenticating your access to the database and modifying or removing your information. We use passwords in the background of your confirmation emails where you don't even have to think about them. The person who enters the record provides their email address and only the person with access to that email address is allowed to view your information, make any changes or remove any records. |
| Q13: Is My Information Secure? |
| A13: We will absolutely not share nor sell your personally identifiable information with/to any third party. We take all precautions to protect your information via encryption software and other security practices. |
